10 hours + Recording Review. The ADLER Mentor Coaching program is designed to provide participants support in understanding the ICF core competencies and Markers for ICF accreditation, renewal and continuing education.
This program includes 10 hours of Mentor Coaching as required for ICF accreditation. Seven hours are via small group webinar and three via one to one calls with experienced Mentor Coaches from the ADLER faculty (accredited by ICF at a minimum PCC level). The program includes demos, exercises and peer coaching. Group size varies from a minimum of six to a maximum of ten participants.
A great new feature is the addition of an extra evaluation of a recorded client session, including a conversation with feedback from faculty to gauge readiness for ICF submission.
The three scheduled group sessions are from 12-2:30 pm EST (2.5 hours), three individual hours will be scheduled directly with a mentor coach between sessions each month for a total of ten overall hours. An additional review of a recorded client session will be provided. (A 30-minute recording with client consent must include a detailed transcript.
